1. What data do we collect?
When you visit jetup.digital, contact us through forms on this site, or write to hello@jetup.digital, we may collect the following personal data:
- Contact details you provide in the forms: your name, email address, company name, phone number (if given), and the message you write.
- Brief / calculator data: answers you select in the design brief, the prices calculator, and the price calculator (project type, features, estimated budget).
- Application data: if you apply for a job (Careers), your name, email, and the materials you send us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages you visit, and cookies (see our Cookies Policy).
We do not collect payment card data on this site. Payments for services are agreed separately in writing.
2. How do we use your data?
We use your personal data only to run the website and to respond to your requests:
- To reply to messages, briefs, and calculator requests and prepare estimates.
- To provide our services and manage ongoing projects.
- To send a presentation or estimate you asked for.
- To improve the website, understand which pages and services are useful (analytics, in anonymised or aggregated form), and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent. Where JetUp sends marketing emails, this happens only after you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process personal data on the following legal bases (GDPR Article 6):
- Your consent: when you submit a form or tick a consent option.
- Contract: when you ask us to prepare a proposal, an estimate, or to start a project.
- Legitimate interests: to operate and secure the website, prevent fraud, and measure anonymised traffic.
Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@jetup.digital. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
4. Who do we share your data with?
We share personal data only with processors that help us run the site and deliver our services:
- Hosting / infrastructure — where the site and its database are hosted.
- Analytics and marketing tools — Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics and HubSpot, to understand (in aggregated form) how the site is used.
- Calculator — the price calculator hosted at jetup-calc.web.app processes the answers you enter to calculate an estimate.
Access to personal data is limited to authorised JetUp team members who need it for their work. We do not transfer your data to third parties for their own marketing. If a transfer outside Ukraine / the EEA occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
5. How long do we keep your data?
We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for:
- Form submissions, briefs and calculator requests: for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a project is started.
- Project-related data: in line with our contracts and applicable accounting / tax rules.
- Analytics and cookie data: according to the retention of the respective services (generally up to 24 months).
After the retention period, data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR (and Ukrainian law where it applies) you have the following rights:

- Access — ask what personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data, where we no longer need it.
- Restriction / objection — ask us to limit processing or object to it.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, with effect for the future.
How to exercise your rights
Write to hello@jetup.digital with the subject “Privacy request”. We will respond within 30 days. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

Children
Our services are intended for businesses (B2B). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
Location
JetUp Digital is based in Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine. The site is hosted and operated from Ukraine; analytics and marketing tools may process data on servers in the EU / US.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, access controls, limited access) to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
